I have walked the same path as you and felt discontent many times in my life, through chaos, dysfunction, death, tragedy, and all the experiences life can bring, until I discovered that the truth is within me. I discovered that all I desired, was right where I am and it's right where you are, within you! Why does not anyone tell is that?!! My desire for you is that you discover all that you are seeking is also seeking you! Dismantle the life stories of not-enoughness, and all sense of lack and limitation; being born at the wrong time, to the wrong family, the wrong side of the tracks etc. etc. The list goes on, right? How do you STOP making that list or adding to it?
You wake UP from the illusion we've all been taught and continue to be fed via commercials, media, and all the places.
You have to choose to break the chain of dysfunction this world shows us daily.
You are not separate from your good, all that you are seeking is WITHIN YOU, not outside of you.
You are not separate from your truth, or your happiness or anything else for that matter...
Chose something more for yourself, that is the first step. It's usually the words I cannot do this anymore that opens the door to change.

About Me
I have been a licensed Spiritual Practitioner with Centers for Spiritual Living for 14 years, during which I served two consecutive 3-year terms as a Regional Practitioner. Over the years, I’ve held roles as a staff member, Inter-Faith Chaplain, speaker, teacher, facilitator, and founder/director of the Northwest Arkansas Teaching Chapter in Fayetteville, AR, which I led for 7 years. With over two decades of dedicated study in spiritual practices, energy healing, and metaphysics, I remain a lifelong learner. Currently, I am on track to become a certified Breath of Bliss Facilitator by Fall/Winter 2025. My journey with Breath of Bliss began when I discovered Christabel Zamor during her guest appearance on the Beyond the Ordinary show with John Burgos—a moment that profoundly shifted my life in ways I could never have anticipated. I am deeply passionate about sharing those shifts and transformations with you reveal your wholeness, divinity to invoke a deep sense of freedom and liberation within your body, mind soul and life experience!
I am also a proud mother of two wonderful adult children and a devoted grandmother—known affectionately as Gma and Mamaw—to seven incredible grandchildren. My passion lies in helping others uncover their true potential, empowering them to live fulfilling, rewarding lives. I hold a vision of a world where we come together to create a reality that works for everyone, As a New Earth visionary, I see my role as a grounded mystic and spiritual guide dedicated to creating a heaven on earth now.
