I help people navigate themselves through change, challenge, transformation, and spiritual awakening while learning to regulate their nervous system and reclaim peace, stability, clarity, and calm. Think of me as a transitional guide — or, if we’re being honest, a spiritual midwife — for humans who are caught between who they were and who they’re becoming. I support people in the messy middle of life: the ones who are single and soul-searching, married and unraveling, grieving, healing from addiction, navigating recovery or sobriety, or simply waking up to the truth that their old life doesn’t fit anymore.

And yes, I say the real things — not the sugar-coated, bypass-y stuff. I’ve lived through my own rubble, the kind of life quake that makes your eyebrows raise when you try to describe it. That lived experience is why I hold such a steady field for others. I know the terrain. I know the panic that comes when your emotional world erupts.
